What you can expect

The Customer Service Credit & Risk Specialist manages activities related to the payments from all our customers, in particular:

• Monitoring the payments flow
• Managing bank account change & SEPA mandate
• Performing the Cash Collection activity
• Releasing of Credit notes
• In compliance with internal policies, managing limit exceeding and executing customers block
• Performing the Economic and financial evaluation for medium and large Prospects
• Monitoring Rating deterioration of customers
• Economic and financial data maintenance
• Monitoring of the fraud process

What makes you stand out

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years)
• Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection
• Familiar with MS office and MS Dynamics
• Good knowledge of the English language (B1 level)
• Excellent communicative skills
• Strong customer orientation
• Proactivity and high attention to details
• Good team player
