Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. /p /brh3Base pay range /h3 /brpDirect message the job poster from SAJ Electric /p /brul /brliProvide bpre-sales technical support /b to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection, system configuration and technical solutions. /li /brliDeliver bafter-sales technical support /b, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product-related issues. /li /brliBuild and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings, visits and project support. /li /brliSupport bnew product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events /b in the Italian market. /li /brliCollect and communicate bcustomer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues /b to Product and RD teams. /li /brliSupport blocal product testing and validation /b, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing. /li /brliMaintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials. /li /brliWork closely with Sales, Product, Service and RD teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree or above in bElectrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation /b or a related technical field. /li /brliRelevant experience in bsolar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems /b is highly preferred. /li /brliGood understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries, electrical systems and system commissioning. /li /brliPrevious experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering is preferred. /li /brliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. /li /brliComfortable communicating directly with installers, distributors, EPCs and professional customers. /li /brliStrong customer-service mindset and ability to manage technical issues independently. /li /brliGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. /li /brliWillingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe. /li /brlibFluent Italian and good English skills /b are required.
