Product Specialist, Wound Closure&Healing

Overview

In this role, you drive the deployment of our commercial strategy for wound closure and healing products within Lombardia. You'll work closely with surgeons and clinical staff, promote advanced medical technologies, and support end-to-end sales processes including tenders. You will also develop data-driven insights and assist digital health initiatives to demonstrate value and adoption. This position combines technical product know-how with strategic market execution to shape patient outcomes in a leading MedTech environment.

Responsabilità

• Promote wound closure and healing products to surgeons and clinical staff in Lombardia
• Train clinicians during procedures and support their understanding of product features
• Support public tender procedures and private contract negotiations, ensuring end-to-end processes
• Develop data management and insights projects, including predictive analytics
• Support Digital Health initiatives and strategic execution of digital solutions
• Contribute to Health Economics activities by collecting/analyzing data to substantiate value propositions and communicate outcomes to customers

Requisiti fondamentali

• Master's Degree in STEM or Economics
• Minimum 1 year of health sector experience (MedTech preferred)
• Master courses in Digital Marketing and/or Project Management and/or Business Data Analytics or hands-on experience in these fields
• Fluent Italian (read/write/speak) and English
• Based in Lombardia (Milano preferred) with willingness to travel within territory
