Responsibilities
- Develop new OEM client resources for luggage and bags, actively participate in client development and negotiations, and complete the signing of sales orders.
- Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients, understand client needs, and provide customized solutions.
- Monitor market dynamics, analyze industry trends, and develop targeted sales plans.
- Maintain the healthy and stable development of the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above. English can be used as a working language.
- Over 8 years of experience in business development for the travel luggage and bag OEM industry, with expertise in OEM foreign trade business processes.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, adept at communicating and negotiating with clients.
- Skilled at formulating and executing sales strategies, with extensive experience in developing large international travel luggage and bag clients.
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to work efficiently with cross-departmental teams.
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations, understanding the policies and trends of the travel luggage and bags OEM industry.
