Global Head of Data Platform Solutions

ppThe Global Head of Data Platform Solutions is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Data Platform, Data Ingestion and Data Engineering solutions. This leader will drive the technical and strategic roadmap, and deploy resources in an agile at scale way for business service delivery that requires data platform solutions. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise software delivery, modern deployment methodologies, and leading geographically distributed teams. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a global delivery strategy at scale of data platform solutions, Data Ingestion Solutions and Data Engineering solutions for BI services and Data Science Services /li liLead delivery execution across multiple, complex, distributed technology environments. /li liOversee planning, development, integration, and large-scale deployment of automation (including agentic automation) for data ingestion and data engineering. /li liManage and scale delivery teams, ensuring strong alignment between onshore and offshore engineering, architecture, and data and analytics service teams. /li liEnsure robust governance over program delivery, solution cost, and solutions architecture. /li liChampion modern software development practices including Agile at scale, DevOps, CI/CD, … /li liCollaborate with internal technology leaders and business sponsors to ensure alignment with global strategy and local market needs. /li liActively contribute to the investment planning process and ensure strong reporting and transparency on investment needs and operating costs. /li liContinuously monitor industry trends to incorporate best practices and innovations. /li liManage, optimize, and report on budget and expenses, with transparency on maintenance and running costs of the solution(s). /li liLine manager of assigned resources. /li liParticipate in the approval process for deployment projects in line with the overall group governance. /li liEnsure the right approvals for the contracts with vendors in line with the overall IT governance /li /ul h3About you /h3 h3Work Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 15 years of experience in IT and digital delivery roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. /li liProven experience managing large-scale technical programs in complex distributed systems. /li liDeep understanding of modern data and AI platforms and solutions. /li liDemonstrated success in managing global delivery teams and offshore development models. /li liStrong vendor and stakeholder management experience, including contract governance. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pUniversity degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience /p h3Why choose us? /h3 pIt’s an exciting time to be part of our team.
