Customer Support Representative (Italian & English) Lisbon, Portugal
Are you fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and confident in English (B2 or higher)? Ready to start an exciting new chapter in one of Europes most vibrant and sun-soaked capitals?
We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our international customer support team in Lisbon! This is more than just a job its an opportunity to experience life in a city known for its coastal charm, historic streets, world-famous cuisine, and buzzing cultural scene. Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian

Stay positive, professional, and empathetic in every interaction
What You Bring:
C1/C2 proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)
B2 level of English
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory we provide training!
