Customer Account Specialist (12 months fixed term contract)

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience while contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and order status
• Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships through proactive communication
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensuretimelyandaccurateorder fulfillment
• Support issue resolution andidentifysolutions to meet customer needs
• Maintain customer data and support customer onboarding activities
• Provide customers with updates on deliveries, forecasts, and supply-related matters
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team success

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken is a must
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a similar field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Languages, or a related discipline is an advantage
• Strong communicationand relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• SAP or ERP experience is an advantage
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
