Relationship Manager

We’re looking for a proven Relationship Manager to join our ever-evolving EMEA Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Sell products and/or services and manage relationships with existing named accounts to ensure satisfaction, alignment of client technology strategies with Global Payments Corporate Strategy, account retention and continued revenue growth.

What You’ll Own

• To manage the Italian Government and other European based clients.
• Acts as primary liaison between client and Global Payments and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions.
• Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.
• Works directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.
• Sell products and services
• Manage relationships
• Ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies
• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
• Fluent Italian speaker is essential based in Milan
• Experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is €48,200.00 - €74,700.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. You will be entitled to participate in an annual commission plan, subject to the rules of the commission plan in force each year. Employment will be governed by the CCL Commercio national collective bargaining agreement. The expected job classification level for this role is Quadro and the current minimum base salary to be paid in 14 installments for that grade in the national collective bargaining agreement is €2984.22.
