Project Development Specialist

Overview

In this role you drive the development and renovation of products from idea to market, aligning with brand priorities and company standards. You bridge Business and Supply Chain to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and seamless execution across functions. You manage a diverse portfolio of initiatives, coordinating R&D, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, and plants to secure feasible, scalable launches. This is a cross-functional, entrepreneurial role at Bolton, offering meaningful impact on a fast-moving consumer goods portfolio.

Responsabilità

• Manage a wide portfolio of innovation and renovation projects across multiple brands and categories from concept to market launch
• Lead product development activities including feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and project planning
• Act as main interface between Business and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on priorities and smooth execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, F&A, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Plant) to guarantee project success
• Manage relationships with suppliers and production sites for feasibility, efficiency, and adherence to company standards
• Identify risks and opportunities proactively and drive timely problem-solving and continuous project optimization

Requisiti fondamentali

• 2–3 years in project management, product development, purchasing or industrialization within Home/Personal/Beauty Care markets
• Master's degree in relevant field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to handle complexity in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of product development and industrialization processes
• Experience with feasibility analysis and cost estimation
• Familiarity with project planning tools and methodologies
• MS Excel and MS Project experience; SAP is a plus
• Italian mother tongue and Business English
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholders management abilities
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
