Pre - Sales Senior

Overview

In this role you will prepare and present high-quality technical proposals for framework contracts and public tenders, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the EU. You help translate requirements into compelling technical offers and coordinate cross-functional inputs. You interface with European Institutions and Agencies to align proposals with procurement dynamics. This is a senior, client-facing position that shapes how the organization competes for EU opportunities and expands its public-sector footprint.

Responsabilità

• Analyze EU tenders (Fixed Price and Time & Material) and assess technical requirements, criteria, references and profiles
• Coordinate and contribute to drafting Technical Offers ensuring quality, consistency and tender compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project references, CVs, technical solutions and effort estimates for proposals
• Manage interactions with partners, subcontractors and stakeholders throughout the tendering process
• Monitor tender publication portals to identify opportunities aligned with the company
• Support formulation of supplementary and upselling offers on awarded projects in coordination with sales

Requisiti fondamentali

• Degree in a STEM field (preferred)
• Excellent command of English (minimum B2/C1)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail in technical documentation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Teamwork and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in tender and bidding processes is a plus, not essential
