Investment Analyst / Associate - Private Equity (English and Spanish)

For an international investment firm operating in the private equity sector, we are looking for an Investment Analyst / Associate to join the Milan office.

The Firm focuses on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in companies with strong development potential, supporting decision-making processes through in-depth analysis of business models, industries, competitive landscapes and financial performance.

The successful candidate will join the Investment Team and will be involved in the main stages of the investment process, including opportunity screening, financial analysis, business valuation, due diligence activities and portfolio monitoring.

Working in an international and highly professional environment, the role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to private equity transactions, working closely with experienced investment professionals and contributing to complex investment decisions.

Posizione:

• Analyse new investment opportunities and support the investment origination process;
• Develop financial analyses, valuations and business plan assessments;
• Prepare investment materials and presentations for internal decision-making processes;
• Support due diligence activities alongside external advisors;
• Conduct market, industry and competitive analysis;
• Contribute to portfolio company monitoring activities;
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects.

Requisiti:

• 2-4 years of experience gained in top-tier strategy consulting firms (e.g. Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or Investment Banking / M&A teams;
• Strong analytical skills and solid financial modelling capabilities;
• Previous exposure to corporate finance, M&A or investment-related projects;
• International experience gained through academic or professional paths is highly valued;
• Fluent English and professional proficiency in Spanish;
• Strong interest in private equity and investment activities.
