Cargo Supervisor

If you’re ready to lead, solve challenges, and help deliver excellence every day, we want you on our team! /ph3Tasks /h3pWhat you'll do: /pulliEnsure efficient and safe load planning /liliOversee smooth freighter handling /liliAct as a key contact for LCAG stakeholders and customers /liliSupervise timely airmail handling /liliLead service recovery when challenges arise /liliSupport operational excellence through invoice checks /liliHold regular meetings with GHA to review and enhance service performance /liliMonitor subcontractor performance, report deviations, and initiate corrective actions /liliMaintain and analyze performance data /liliAct as GHA contact for irregularities, escalation, and emergencies /liliEnsure strict compliance with safety and security procedures /liliMake operational decisions when needed or in supervisor’s absence /liliSupervise, coach, and develop GHA and LCAG staff, conducting spot checks /liliOptimize staffing, prepare schedules, authorize overtime /liliProvide regular feedback to management and implement operational improvements /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pThe ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: /pulliHigh school diploma/GED /liliLogistics/airfreight experience desirable /liliFluent in English Italian (German a plus!) /liliCHM/GOM qualification /liliComputer skills (MS Office) /liliStrong communication /liliSafety security mindset /liliCustomer-focused attitude /liliReliable, committed, and professional /liliTeam player /liliValid driver's license /li /ulpInformation regarding the compensation package for this position will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with applicable pay transparency regulations.
