Sell products and/or services and manage relationships with existing named accounts to ensure satisfaction, alignment of client technology strategies with Global Payments Corporate Strategy, account retention and continued revenue growth. /ph3What you’ll own /h3ullipTo manage the Italian Government and other European based clients. /p /lilipActs as primary liaison between client and Global Payments and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions. /p /lilipWithin client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized. /p /lilipWorks directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities. /p /lilipSell products and services /p /lilipManage relationships /p /lilipEnsure alignment of client technology and business strategies /p /lilipFocus on account retention and continued revenue growth /p /lilipCoach and mentor junior team members. /p /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliExperience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space. /liliFluent Italian speaker is essential based in Milan /liliExperience interacting with Merchants and/or partners. /liliRequires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal /liliUnderstanding of global payment requirements and needs. /li /ulh3About the team /h3pOur inclusive and global teams win together every day. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is €48,200.00 - €74,700.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.You will be entitled to participate in an annual commission plan, subject to the rules of the commission plan in force each year.Employment will be governed by the CCL Commercio national collective bargaining agreement.
