Con il brand Destination Tech , forniamo a destinazioni turistiche, enti locali e consorzi la tecnologia necessaria per trasformare i loro siti in ecosistemi di vendita di esperienze territoriali. Stiamo cercando un “imprenditore interno” che guidi lo scale-up di questa business unit con fame, metodo e visione.
Il Ruolo
Come Entrepreneur in Residence , sarai il motore della crescita di Destination Tech. Non avrai formalmente il titolo di founder, ma lavorerai con lo stesso livello di ownership, autonomia e responsabilità: guiderai lo sviluppo commerciale e strategico della business unit, contribuendo direttamente all’evoluzione del prodotto e alla definizione del modello di business.
È un ruolo ibrido e raro, a metà tra:
- deal maker nel mondo travel.
Avrai la possibilità di lavorare a stretto contatto con il CEO e con i team prodotto e tech, trasformando insight di mercato in soluzioni concrete utilizzate da destinazioni reali.
È il ruolo perfetto per un talento proveniente dalla consulenza strategica (Big Four, MBB) o dal mondo Scale-up turismo che vuole sporcarsi le mani e vedere l’impatto immediato delle proprie azioni.
Responsabilità Chiave
- Business Development & Strategy: Identificare nuove opportunità di mercato, definire il pricing e i modelli di go-to-market per le soluzioni di Destination Management.
- Execution & Sales: Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita B2B, interfacciandoti con Enti del Turismo, consorzi e partner territoriali.
- Product Direction: Collaborare con il team Tech e il team Prodotto per assicurarsi che la piattaforma evolva secondo le reali necessità del mercato (Destination Management & E-commerce).
- Process Excellence: Impostare processi di vendita e di delivery scalabili per passare da singoli progetti a una crescita esponenziale.
- Stakeholder Management: Gestire relazioni complesse con stakeholder territoriali, sapendo tradurre la complessità tecnologica in valore aggiunto per il territorio.
- Reporting & BP: Garantire l’aderenza ai target del Business Plan 2026-2030, monitorando ricavi recurring e investimenti.
Cosa cerchiamo in te
- Background Professionale: 3-5 anni di esperienza in consulenza strategica (Big Four o simili) o in ruoli di Business Development in realtà Digital/TravelTech di successo.
- Formazione: Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o Management (un MBA è considerato un plus).
- Mentalità Imprenditoriale: “Fame” di risultati, resilienza e capacità di operare in autonomia in un ambiente dinamico.
- Competenze Digital Travel: Conoscenza profonda delle dinamiche del turismo digitale, dei marketplace e delle piattaforme di prenotazione.
- Relazione con Enti Territoriali: (Plus) Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti con enti locali, consorzi o Pubblica Amministrazione.
- Lingue: Inglese fluente, necessario per la visione internazionale del Gruppo.
KPI e Obiettivi di Successo
- New Revenue: Volume di nuovi canoni recurring (SaaS) generati annualmente.
- Market Expansion: Numero di nuove destinazioni/enti acquisiti nel corso dell’anno.
- Pipeline Velocity: Capacità di ridurre i tempi di chiusura dei deal complessi.
- Product Feedback Loop: Implementazione di feature chiave basate sui feedback raccolti durante la fase di vendita.
- Impact: Non sei un numero, sei il driver principale di un intero brand del gruppo.
- Velocità: Zero burocrazia, processi decisionali rapidi e focus totale sull’output.
- Network: Entrerai in contatto con i principali attori del turismo e dello sport in Italia ed Europa.
- Flessibilità: Lavoro ibrido con base a Milano in un ambiente giovane e ambizioso.
