Reporting to the bDirector of Customer Success /b and working closely with our bTechnical Sales Team /b. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupporting existing clients on technical follow-up and rollout planning, initially joining client calls under the supervision of our Technical Sales Specialist; /liliAssisting with deployment checks to ensure our products don't conflict with clients' existing systems; /liliTroubleshooting technical issues at the JavaScript and HTML level; /liliSupporting the rollout of new features for existing clients; /liliHelping the Technical Sales team plan and prioritise the resolution of client issues; /liliCollaborating closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth, consistent client experience. /li /ulh3Experience Skills /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or other related subjects; /liliProfessional proficiency in English and Italian; /liliWorking knowledge of JavaScript and HTML; /liliFull availability for 40 hours a week for 6 months; /liliComfortable supporting clients over calls, with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude; /liliGood organisational skills, with the ability to plan, follow up, and keep track of multiple client requests at once; /liliNot afraid to ask for help and open to learning directly from senior team members. /li /ulh3Added Values /h3ulliPrevious exposure to technical support, sales engineering, or customer-facing tech roles; /liliFamiliarity with SaaS products and deployment/integration environments; /liliStrong aptitude for teamwork and cross-department collaboration. /li /ulh3Location /h3pOur offices, located in the center of Milan (a 5-minute walk from S.
