This is a future pipeline role and not an active current role.ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the dynamic and agile marketing team in Luxembourg, working across multiple projects that offer fantastic breadth and the opportunity to develop a well-rounded marketing profile in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of brand strategies, product launches and marketing campaignsAnalyse market trends and consumer insights to support decision-makingAssist with campaign briefs across creative, media, experiential and Influencer agencies on brand activitiesAssist in the digital content creation & SoMe profile and website managementDrive influencer and social media strategiesProject Lead in experiential events coordinating all key stakeholdersLiaise with relevant stakeholders including R&D for product launches or sales team in delivering Key visuals, POP or implementing trade activities.Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to all marketing outputsMonitor marketing costs (POs & invoices)Your ProfilePossess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or in Business Management2+ years of experience in FMCG Marketing with exposure to brand and marketing mix development including digital marketingNative Greek, Fluent English written & spoken; second language will be considered as a plusPassion, high creativity and entrepreneurial mindsetExperience in project management & marketing briefs Excellent communication and organization skills (multi-tasker)Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectivelyAbility to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft office, experience to Circana/Nielsen databases as a plusLOCATION: LUXEMBOURGSalary Range: 50.000 - 65.000 Euro#LI-DNI«I candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006, D.lgs. 215/2003 e D.lgs. 216/2003, sono invitati a leggere l’informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. 2016/679).
