Marketing Specialist Greek Market - Food Industry

In this pipeline opportunity, you join a dynamic marketing team to shape brand strategies, launches, and campaigns for the Greek market from Luxembourg. You will analyze trends, collaborate with R&D and sales, and steer digital content and influencer activity to support growth. You’ll manage creative briefs, trade activities, and cost tracking while upholding brand guidelines. The role offers cross-functional exposure and the chance to build a well-rounded marketing profile in a fast-paced setting. You will drive impact through data-informed decisions and creative execution.

• salary range 50.000 - 65.000 Euro

• Support development and execution of brand strategies, launches, and campaigns
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform decisions
• Coordinate creative, media, experiential and influencer briefs for brand activities
• Create and manage digital content, social media profiles, and website updates
• Lead influencer and social media strategies and activations
• Coordinate experiential events with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with R&D and sales for visuals, POP, and trade activities
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs
• Monitor marketing costs (POs and invoices)

• Bachelor-in Marketing or Business Management (as stated)
• 2+ years in FMCG Marketing with brand and mix development experience
• Native Greek; fluent English; second language a plus
• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with project management experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data
• Autonomous, deadline-driven, detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Circana/Nielsen databases a plus
