Holidu in Cagliari is seeking a Team Leader to drive a high-performing sales and account management team for Sardinia. You will grow the hosts portfolio, recruit and coach talent, and strengthen Holidu’s brand locally while collaborating with the Head of Sales & Account Management.
You’ll lead with a data-driven approach, deliver ambitious targets, and mentor your team to exceed them. A hybrid work setup and international, energetic environment await.
