Solution Architect - Custom Software Development, Cloud & Generative Ai

Responsabilità
- Analizzare processi di business e modelli operativi per tradurli in soluzioni software su misura
- Progettare e governare architetture applicative moderne e cloud-native, con focus su Azure
- Supportare la delivery lungo l'intero ciclo di vita del progetto dalla solution shaping all'esercizio
- Garantire coerenza architetturale end-to-end e supporto tecnico nelle decisioni
- Collaborare con Client Account Team e Sales in fasi di solution shaping: definizione value proposition, stime e modelli architetturali
- Contribuire all'adozione della Generative AI all'interno delle soluzioni e nel ciclo di sviluppo software (AI-assisted development)
- Agire da trusted advisor guidando scelte tecnologiche e evoluzione delle soluzioni nel tempo
Requisiti fondamentali
- esperienza come Solution Architect o ruoli simili in ambienti cloud-native
- conoscenza approfondita di Microsoft Azure; esposizione a AWS e Google Cloud
- capacità di guidare soluzioni end-to-end e di gestire trade-off architetturali
- esperienza di collaborazione con team di delivery e sales in fasi di shaping
- conoscenza di Generative AI e approcci agentici; experiencia con strumenti come GitHub Copilot è un plus
- orientamento al valore e alla delivery concreta
- orientatione al cliente
- leadership e capability di guidare gruppi trasversali
- comunicazione chiara e capacità di fare da collante tra business e tecnologia
