As a Technology professional at BCG Platinion, you will shape global digital transformations by assessing client capabilities and guiding feasibility studies. Responsabilità
- Shape digital transformation initiatives for global clients by evaluating capabilities and feasibility
- Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT programs
- Establish DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Lead technical implementation of cyber resilience requirements
- Analyze and optimize IT architectures, integrating legacy systems with cloud and microservices
- Stay aligned with market trends in cloud, microservices, AI, and related technologies
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline
- At least three years of IT consulting or software development experience
- Strong understanding of modern tools and trends (machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, robotics)
- Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary, global teams and willingness to travel
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Clear communication of complex topics
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary and global teams
