The Associate AI Solutions Architect is an early-career technical specialist who supports customer-facing AI initiatives while developing expertise in Genesys Cloud AI solutions. Working closely with senior AI Architects, Solution Consultants, Sales teams, and Product Specialists, you will help demonstrate, prototype, and validate AI use cases for customers. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for AI, customer experience technology, and cloud platforms who wants to grow their technical and business skills in a fast-evolving industry. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges, customer experience goals, and AI use cases. /liliAssist in building demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and prototype solutions using Genesys AI capabilities. /liliHelp configure and test AI-powered experiences such as virtual agents, agent assistance, knowledge search, and conversational AI workflows. /liliLearn how enterprise AI solutions are designed and deployed, including integrations with APIs, business systems, and external data sources. /liliSupport the creation and maintenance of reusable demo environments, technical assets, and solution documentation. /liliParticipate in customer workshops, technical presentations, and product demonstrations alongside senior team members. /liliAssist with sandbox and trial engagements by helping validate use cases, test functionality, and document outcomes. /liliCollaborate with sales teams to prepare technical responses, solution recommendations, and customer presentations. /liliHelp gather customer feedback and share insights with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve Genesys AI solutions. /liliDevelop knowledge of AI concepts such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), prompt design, and conversational AI best practices. /liliContribute to internal enablement activities, including documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical training materials. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliEducation Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. /lili0–2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing, software, cloud, or AI-related role. /liliInternship, university project, bootcamp, or personal project experience involving AI, software development, or cloud technologies is a plus. /liliBasic understanding of AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or generative AI concepts. /liliFamiliarity with APIs, web services, and modern software applications. /liliFoundational programming skills (Python preferred). /liliInterest in learning cloud platforms, enterprise software, and customer experience technologies. /liliBasic understanding of data structures, databases, and system integrations is beneficial. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills. /liliAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences. /liliStrong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn from experienced team members. /liliAbility to work collaboratively across sales, technical, and product teams. /li /ulh3Desired Attributes /h3ulliCuriosity about emerging AI technologies and their business applications. /liliPassion for customer experience and digital transformation. /liliEagerness to learn, experiment, and grow technical expertise. /liliComfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliFluency in both English and Italian is required. /liliOther language skills are a plus. /li /ulh3What You’ll Gain /h3ulliHands‑on experience with enterprise AI and customer experience technologies. /liliExposure to real‑world customer engagements and AI solution design. /liliMentorship from experienced AI Architects and industry experts. /liliOpportunities to develop technical, presentation, and consulting skills. /liliA clear growth path toward senior technical and customer‑facing roles within Genesys. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pThis role has a market‑aligned compensation package with the anticipated On‑Target‑Earnings range listed below. Actual earnings will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
