As bBDR Team Manager /b, you’ll lead and grow a team of BDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline for Mid‑Market/Enterprise, partnering tightly with AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships to land strategic accounts. /p ul lipbOwn pipeline creation /b for your segment: targets for meetings held, SQLs, qualified pipeline € , coverage, and conversion rates. /p /li lipbLead, coach, and develop BDRs /b: weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal/account coaching, skill diagnostics, performance plans; raise the bar on quality, not just activity. /p /li lipbBuild a repeatable outbound system /b: ICP refinement, messaging frameworks, multi‑threading plays, account plans, sequencing (email/phone/LinkedIn), objection handling, and “next step” discipline. /p /li lipbOperational excellence /b: forecasting for pipeline generation, dashboarding, QA of CRM hygiene, and tight feedback loops with AEs on lead quality and disposition. /p /li lipbHiring and onboarding /b: source/interview BDR talent; structured onboarding plan; ramp to productivity with clear milestones. /p /li lipbCross‑functional alignment /b: translate market feedback into product/marketing inputs; coordinate campaigns and account‑based initiatives; create a clean handoff motion BDR AE. /p /li lipbExperimentation and iteration /b: run A/B tests on messaging, segments, channels, sequences; scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
