You will serve as the central orchestrator between HQ and local execution teams, ensuring that each vehicle line is introduced with a high degree of commercial readiness, customer resonance, and operational alignment. /ppYou will define launch strategies, adapt messaging, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape the full-market activation of our EV and hybrid offerings in Italy. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibLaunch Strategy Execution /b: Design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Italian customer profile and regulatory context. /liliLocalize brand positioning and product messaging to reflect Italian consumer values and cultural context. /liliLead cross-functional planning for new model launches—ensuring pricing, positioning, and campaign elements are market-fit and on time. /liliEquip local sales teams, dealers, and leasing partners with the tools, training, and messaging needed for successful rollouts. /liliPartner with marketing to activate local lead-generation, digital campaigns, and experiential test-drive programs. /liliContinuously optimize GTM performance based on market data, customer feedback, and dealer input. /li /ulpbStakeholder Coordination /b: Act as the interface between central product/marketing teams and local partners (dealers, agencies, fleet operators). /pulliOwn launch readiness plans—including digital assets, showroom materials, POS systems, and retail training. /liliAlign stakeholders on critical timelines, performance KPIs, and customer experience expectations. /liliTrack local competitor actions, regulatory developments (e.g., MOVES III program), and mobility trends. /liliProvide feedback loops to HQ on offer structure, channel strategy, and positioning refinements. /liliCollaborate in the continuous improvement of the Italian customer journey—from awareness to conversion to loyalty. /li /ulh3Professional Experience /h3ulliMinimum 5 years in the automotive industry, ideally within an OEM or importer environment; /liliProven track record of launching new products in the Italian market, especially in EV or hybrid segments; /liliStrong experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners (dealers, agencies, leasing firms). /liliCommercially strategic, execution-driven, and highly collaborative; /liliDeep knowledge of Italian sales channels, consumer behavior, and automotive regulatory frameworks; /liliSkilled in market localization, campaign execution, and go-to-market project management. /li /ulh3Language Requirements /h3ullibFluent in Italian and English /b (written and spoken) is bmandatory /b. /li /ulh3Seniority level /h3pMid-Senior level /ph3Employment type /h3pFull-time /ph3Job function /h3pProduct Management /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
