You'll work directly with top pharma organizations, designing and building solutions that meet our customers' needs. /p pWhat makes us different: /p ul liHigh Trust, Ownership Autonomy: Passion and effort directly lead to opportunities and real ownership from the start /li liCollaboration without competition: peers root for each other’s success, leadership is entirely accessible, and we tackle complex problems with a strict "no-ego" approach /li liMeaningful Industry Impact: know your work makes a difference, by helping life sciences companies operate more efficiently and effectively /li /ul pThe role is ideally based in the area of a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin, Milan, Budapest), but other EU locations will be considered. /p pFull right to work in the country of application is required. /p bWhat You'll Do /b ul libImplement Veeva Solutions /b: Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects covering autonomously the assigned role (such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect or project manager: you’ll take different roles on different projects) /li libConfigure and Customize /b: Get hands-on with Vault CRM, configuring and customizing solutions to meet our clients' specific needs /li libLead Client Engagements /b: Take ownership of client-facing activities, including leading workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions. You will guide clients through the implementation process, from initial design to final delivery /li libProvide Expert Advisory /b: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting the optimization and harmonization of their business processes. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solution designs /li /ul bRequirements /b ul liDemonstrated 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience /li liDemonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships /li liStrong presentation skills /li liAble to travel approximately 20% /li liFluent in English (written and spoken) /li /ul bNice to Have /b ul liVeeva or Salesforce.com certification and implementation experiences /li liExperience working with the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or an adjacent industry /li liExperience working on projects with a global scope or with international teams /li liExperience with software from other vendors (IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, etc) /li liAdditional European language ( French, German, Spanish, or Italian) /li /ul bInterviewing with Veeva /b pWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
