ph3Business Resilience Digital Risk – Cyber Security Manager /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated and competent person to join the Business Resilience Digital Risk team at Marsh Advisory. The opportunity is based in Milan or Rome, Italy, and offers a hybrid role. /p pMarsh Advisory is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services and solutions for large and medium-sized enterprises. It is part of the Marsh McLennan group, along with other leading consulting firms such as Mercer and Oliver Wyman. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine strategies, roadmaps, and benchmarks for Cyber Security. /li liConduct Cyber Risk Assessments using key security and data protection frameworks (e.g. NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001). /li liExecute Business Impact Analysis, identify business interruption scenarios and define Business Continuity strategies and plans. /li liProvide an integrated approach across Cyber Security strategy, roadmap, risk management, audit and compliance. /li liAssess, quantify, audit and ensure compliance with Cyber Security. /li liImplement Operational Continuity systems. /li liManage risk of Artificial Intelligence solutions. /li liCollaborate with colleagues from other practices to develop integrated solutions for clients. /li liDrive value‑proposition evolution and lead delivery teams. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in a senior role and 4–5 years for a manager role in a consulting firm. /li liExcellent English language skills. /li liStrong commercial and business development capabilities. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills. /li liTeamwork and coaching orientation. /li liSpecific certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CBCM, CISA, ISO27001, ISO22301 will be considered a plus. /li /ul h3Benefits Why Join Us /h3 ul liOpportunity to make a difference by building a career path and professional growth within a global leader in insurance brokerage and risk consulting. /li liRich professional network with access to top‑tier Italian and international companies. /li /ul pMarsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
