Sales Executive

Sales Executive – EMEA (Italy)

Support the Sales Directors across the EMEA business by maintaining, growing, and identifying new revenue opportunities in assigned accounts in Italy. Build a portfolio of accounts through prospecting and networking while collaborating with leadership to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior Sales Team in expanding territory revenue and market share.
• Create and maintain accurate territory and account plans.
• Schedule meetings with assigned accounts and build rapport with internal and external customers.
• Participate in onboarding training, continuous learning opportunities, and client events.
• Maintain precise records of call activity, sales leads, and customer profiles in Salesforce.com.
• Prepare quotes, close sales, draft statements of work, and manage invoicing.
• Share knowledge with new joiners to support the success of the Sales & Account team.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Fluency in English and Italian (written and verbal).
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong assessment, judgment, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
• Advanced relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or financial services sales highly regarded.
• M&A experience considered a plus.
