UnipersonaleAbout the teamWe are reinforcing our Marine Centre of Competence team at our location in Assago (Milano).The Marine Sales team plays a strategic role in driving commercial development and business growth across Europe. As part of ZF’s Centre of Competence for Marine, you will lead innovative sales strategies, coordinate market activities, and ensure revenue and margin targets are achieved while working closely with technical and product functions.What you can look forward to as Head of Sales Centre of Competence EU Marine (m/f/d):Define and implement the sales plan for the marine segment in Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal aligned with global objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, shipyards, OEMs, and strategic partners.Manage complex negotiations and high-value commercial agreements with private and public companies.Develop and maintain ZF’s Service Partner & Service Point network to ensure service readiness.Lead the European Centre of Competence to ensure synergy and develop the CoC 2.0 project for EU-wide strategy.Monitor market trends, competition, and growth opportunities; provide insights for strategic decisions.Plan workshop activities and related investments in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Oversee warranty management and represent ZF at major European marine fairs.Your profile as Head of Sales Centre of Competence EU Marine (m/f/d):Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in marine sales and technical roles.Strong strategic skills and market analysis capabilities.Proven ability to identify, develop (e.g., hybrid systems), and grow business from scratch.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Fluent in English; other European languages (Italian required, German/Spanish a plus).Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and Europe (up to 70%).Leadership experience with an entrepreneurial mindset; ability to work in a multicultural environment.Why should you choose ZF in Assago?Flexible working hours and hybrid work optionsYearly bonus and competitive salary package.Well-being program including mental health support.Pension plan and comprehensive insurance coverage.Company car and access to a modern canteen.The expected salary level for the position is Quadro level according to the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees of companies in the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors, with a starting salary of 65.000 Euro; the compensation package will be based on the provisions of the aforementioned National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
