The position involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing vacuum pumps and related systems (specifically including leak detectors, turbomolecular pumps, rotary vane pumps…) both at customer sites and in the company’s local service center. The balance between field work and in-house repair activities may vary depending on business needs and organizational priorities. The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction, system uptime, and overall service excellence in alignment with Busch Group high standards. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Field Service Activities /h3ulliInstall, start up, and commission vacuum pumps and systems at customer facilities. /liliPerform scheduled and corrective maintenance on-site. /liliDiagnose technical issues and carry out troubleshooting and repairs. /liliProvide basic training and technical support to customers during interventions. /liliDocument service interventions through detailed field reports and update internal systems (SAP, CRM, etc.). /li /ulh3Workshop Repair Activities /h3ulliDisassemble, inspect, diagnose, and repair vacuum pumps in the local workshop. /liliConduct functional tests and final checks before product return. /liliRecord all repair activities, including parts used and repair scope. /liliSupport inventory and spare parts handling related to workshop operations. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation. /liliAt least 2 years of experience in a similar technical role (field service or workshop). /liliUnderstanding of vacuum systems or industrial equipment. /liliGood hands-on skills and ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams. /liliIntermediate English (technical) and familiarity with Office suite. /liliAvailability for frequent travel within Italy and occasionally abroad for training. /liliValid driving license (Category B). /li /ulpAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
