Lightning Protection Supervisor

ph3Purpose of Role /h3 pThe Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance of various sites and leading a team of Lightning Protection Technicians. The primary focus will be to ensure the efficient delivery of projects, maintain high-quality standards and foster positive client relationships. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills will be crucial in successfully managing the site team and delivering project expectations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee the overall operations and maintenance of various earthing Lightning Protection projects, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. /li liDevelop and implement maintenance schedules, work plans and procedures to ensure effective utilisation of resources, labour and timely completion of tasks. /li liConduct regular inspections to assess quality of work, identify maintenance needs and implement appropriate corrective measures. /li liCoordinate with the site team to resolve any issues promptly and minimise disruptions to client operations. /li liFoster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration and professional development. /li liServe as the primary point of contact for clients and project Managers, understanding their needs, addressing any concerns. /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards. /li liImplement and monitor health and safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment for the site team and clients; acting as Safety Representative. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in construction industry or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing multiple sites. /li liElectrical background advantageous but not essential. /li liStrong understanding of lightning protection systems, electrical engineering principles, and construction practices. /li liExcellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. /li liStrong client relationship management skills, with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to exceeding expectations. /li liKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. /li liFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as German Dutch, French, or Spanish would be advantageous but not required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
