When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures. /p h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liManagement /li liWork effectively with store management and store crews /li liSupervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities /li liEffectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews /li liCustomer Service /li liAssist customers with their questions, problems and complaints /li liPromote CVS customer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank) /li liHandle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers /li liMaintain customer/patient confidentiality /li liMerchandise/Presentation /li liPrice merchandise /li liStock shelves /li liExecute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise /li liExecute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise /li liReset departments following POGs /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liDeductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills. /li liAdvanced communication skills and supervision skills /li liAbility to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience as a retail supervisor /li /ul h3Education /h3 pHigh School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required. /p h3Anticipated Weekly Hours /h3 p30 /p h3Time Type /h3 pFull time /p h3Pay Range /h3 h3The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is /h3 p$16.50 - $24.00 /p pThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
