There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the co-ordination of the bCivil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages /b. /li liLead the bmanagement of site safety /b in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out. /li liOversee bsite quality assurance (QA) /b processes in conjunction with the project team. /li liManage the bproject schedule /b in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met /li liTake responsibility for ball day-to-day site operations /b. /li liManage and coordinate bsubcontractor activities /b, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings. /li liOversee and maintain bsite documentation /b in line with project and client requirements. /li liAttend and actively contribute to bsite meetings /b, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings. /li liSupport the bclose-out of project deliverables /b, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion. /li liEnsure all aspects of bchange management /b (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented. /li liReview construction bdrawings and setting-out details /b for accuracy and buildability. /li liCarry out, distribute, and close out bCSA snag lists /b /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liRelevant Trade Qualification / Degree /li liAbility to manage a team of CSA personnel /li liStrong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills /li liAt least 7 years relevant experience /li liExperience in delivering large scale CSA projects /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWork with a market leader in the Data centre Construction industry /li liBe part of a forward-thinking team delivering critical infrastructure in a high-growth sector /li liLong-term career progression opportunities and professional development support /li liCompetitive salary packages /li /ul pWinthrop Technologies Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
