Global Development is the team that turns those acquisitions into one Group, while also driving the Group's cross-country commercial growth agenda. We lead the integration of systems, processes and culture of newly acquired companies, working side by side with country leadership and the Group HQ - and, in parallel, we help strengthen commercial synergies across the Group, supporting JAKALA's regions in expanding and broadening their offering. /ppWe then bring the same playbook to our global clients facing similar challenges of acquisition-led growth and integration. /ppWe are a small, senior-led team.
