The role manages assigned master data tasks autonomously, supporting product lifecycle execution, reporting and reliable system operations. /ph3ACCOUNTABILITIES /h3ulliExecute product master data creation and maintenance activities across backend and frontend systems in line with global standards. /liliPerform master data quality checks and validations, ensuring completeness, consistency and traceability. /liliMaintain master data readiness and continuity to support product launches in alignment with Marketing department, phase‑in / phase‑out and portfolio changes. /liliExecute assigned data cleansing and correction activities to improve usability and reporting accuracy. /liliPrepare and maintain master data documentation within assigned scope. /liliExecute data extracts and standard reports to support KPI monitoring and operational needs. /liliSupport master data activities linked to system evolutions by performing validation and readiness checks. /liliExecute issue handling and follow‑ups, escalating non‑standard cases as defined. /li /ulh3QUALIFICATIONS /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields is a plus. /lili1–5 years of experience in master data management, product data, supply chain data or similar roles in international environments. /liliWorking knowledge of ERP systems, Excel and master data processes; familiarity with data governance principles is a plus. /liliAbility to manage tasks autonomously within own scope with high attention to data accuracy. /liliFull professional proficiency in English. /li /ulh3SOFT SKILLS /h3ulliAttention to detail and data accuracy mindset /liliStructured and methodical approach to daily tasks /liliAbility to manage assigned activities autonomously within own scope /liliAnalytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude /li /ulh3Location /h3pMilan, Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely) /ph3Compensation Benefits /h3pbApplicable Collective Agreement /b: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi) /ppbContractual Level /b: Employee Level 2° /ppbContract Type /b: Permanent – Full Time /ppThe referencebGross Annual Salary /bis approximately in the range ofb€35.000 - €48.000 /b.
