Sr. Sales Ops Manager, EU, Amazon Shipping

In this Senior Sales Operations Manager role, you enable commercial excellence across Amazon Shipping’s EU footprint by defining roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans for a defined vertical. You partner with BD leaders across four countries and functions to translate strategy into scalable operations, tooling, and analytics. You will drive cross-geo standardisation while adapting to local needs and report on performance to senior leadership. This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping a growing Sales Ops function. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of a defined EU vertical within Sales Operations, including roadmap, metrics, and quarterly goals
• Collaborate with commercial leaders across UK, IT, ES, and FR to translate priorities into actionable plans with clear KPIs
• Design scalable, cross-functional processes to reduce friction and accelerate commercial velocity
• Partner with CRM, tooling, and data teams to build and maintain operational infrastructure for execution
• Drive cross-geo standardisation while accommodating local market requirements
• Own and report vertical performance metrics, surfacing insights for senior leadership
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Finance, and Marketing to ensure commercial readiness and alignment
• Collaborate with US Sales Ops to align on global standards and share best practices

• Experience in sales operations or equivalent
• Experience working cross-functionally to optimize workflows
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or related field
