Growth Tribe Lead

Overview
As Tribe Lead Growth at ING Italia, you will shape the digital growth agenda, leading cross‑functional teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience while driving sustainable and scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end digital acquisition strategy and own the full digital acquisition strategy across the sales funnel.
- Integrate performance marketing, SEO, paid media and conversion optimisation into a coherent growth approach.
- Optimise digital marketing investments and strengthen internal digital media buying capabilities.
- Ensure governance alignment with Brand, Marketing & Communications and maintain compliance with ING policies and local regulation.
- Drive continuous performance optimisation, monitoring and improving KPIs such as CPA, conversion rates, customer growth and channel quality.
- Iteratively optimise landing pages and digital funnels in collaboration with Product Tribes.
- Define and implement customer‑centric growth strategies for primary, mobile and active customer segments.
- Operate autonomously to deliver development and retention initiatives and manage a BTL incentives budget.
- Deliver customer insights to Tribes and embed analysts into product squads.
- Oversee the Martech stack including digital analytics, A/B testing, campaign orchestration, content management and attribution models.
- Enable Martech solutions for other segments and maintain clear segmentation ownership.
- Develop and deploy advanced analytics models for customer growth, lifetime value and churn prediction.
- Lead a high‑performance Tribe, coach leaders and drive team engagement and skill development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in banking, fintech or digital‑first organisations.
- Strong international exposure and fluency in English (Italian a plus).
- Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional agile teams.
- Deep expertise in digital growth, performance marketing, and end‑to‑end funnel optimisation.
- Hands‑on experience with analytics, experimentation and customer insights.
- Solid knowledge of Martech ecosystems and ability to scale platforms across business segments.
- Strategic acumen including pricing, incentive management and balancing customer value with financial performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across local and global teams.
- High awareness of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Working Conditions
Full time, permanent, location Milan (hybrid). Competitive base salary with performance based bonuses.
