Ensuring quality and environmental compliance (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) and internal requirements. The role has overall responsibility for quality across the manufacturing operations for the industrial automation market, with a strong focus on product reliability, process capability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. /p /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline /li /brliSignificant experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment. /li /brliExperience in electromechanical, industrial automation, or related industry /li /brliSolid knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001/IATF and Quality Management Systems /li /brliExperience with manufacturing process control, product testing, non-conformity management, and continuous improvement /li /brliExperience in customer and supplier quality management /li /brliFamiliarity with quality methodologies and tools such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and CAPA /li /brliFluent English; additional languages are an advantage. /li /br /ul /brh3Key Skills /h3 /brul /brliStrong leadership, ownership and team management /li /brliCustomer-oriented mindset /li /brliAnalytical and structured problem-solving skills /li /brliStrong attention to detail combined with a process-oriented approach /li /brliAbility to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions /li /brliEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration /li /brliAbility to manage priorities in a manufacturing environment /li /brliData-driven decision making /li /brliContinuous improvement mindset /li /brliAbility to promote and develop a strong quality culture across the organization /li /br /ul /brh3Pacchetto retributivo /h3 /brpRetribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) € 60k/70k + Bonus 10% /p /brpbSede di lavoro: /b Provincia Milano /p /brp#LI-CC1 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
