ph3Overview /h3 pbJob Title: /b Quality Control Manager /p pbLocation: /b NAS Sigonella /p pbScope: /b Dedicated to enforcing the QMS at the operational level; reports directly to the QM. /p pbDescription: /b The responsibilities and qualifications describe the general nature and level of work performed by those in this position. The company reserves the right to modify duties or assign additional duties as needed. /p h3Duties / Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerforms daily inspections of services and deliverables against contract standards. /li liVerifies technical compliance of maintenance, custodial, pest control, transportation, and utility services. /li liConducts sampling, testing, and checklists in accordance with the QCP. /li liDocuments deficiencies and verifies corrective action completion. /li liCoordinates with shop supervisors and WCC to ensure quality integration into workflow. /li liProvides immediate feedback to crews on observed deficiencies. /li liMonitors subcontractor work for adherence to quality standards. /li liCompiles inspection reports and submits findings to the QM. /li /ul h3Mandatory Experience Certifications /h3 ul liMust meet/exceed technical qualifications of personnel they inspect. /li liMinimum three years of experience enforcing QMS on similar size, scope, and complexity contracts. /li /ul h3Preferred / Desirable Certifications /h3 ul liISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification. /li liLean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt. /li /ul h3Special Qualifications / Requirements /h3 pMust be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government background investigation. /p h3Equal Opportunity Employment /h3 pEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities: We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
