As a Mid‑Market Sales Engineer, you will partner with account teams and clients to shape opportunities, understand business needs, and demonstrate how Google Cloud solutions can address those needs. You will act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle, helping clients evaluate options and connect technology decisions to measurable business value. /p pYour role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities. You will develop solution concepts, lead demos, build rapid MVPs or prototypes, conduct workshops, and provide technical insights across Google Cloud technologies—including Gemini Enterprise, Data AI, CES, Security, and Gen AI. You will also work closely with offshore teams and subject‑matter experts to shape strong, feasible solutions that support client pursuits. /p ul liPartner with account teams and clients to run discovery sessions, assessments, and workshops that clarify business priorities, use cases, and technical requirements. /li liBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders by providing technical guidance on Google Cloud capabilities, solution options, and recommended approaches. /li liShape solution approaches on Google Cloud that align to client business outcomes, technical requirements, and implementation feasibility. /li liLead product demos, technical workshops, and “art of the possible” conversations that show how Accenture and Google Cloud solutions can address client challenges. /li liBuild rapid MVPs, prototypes, and proof‑of‑value assets to validate solution ideas, demonstrate feasibility, and accelerate client decision‑making. /li liBring technical insights into proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring the proposed solution is practical, compelling, and aligned with client goals. /li liCoordinate with offshore teams and subject‑matter experts to shape solution inputs, validate feasibility, and support a smooth handoff to delivery teams. /li /ul pWith all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. For this position, the job level is Dirigente under the Metalmeccanico (C011) National Collective Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary range is between 75,000€ and 95,200€. /p h3HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED /h3 ul liMinimum of 5+ years of experience in a hands‑on, client‑facing technology role (e.g., Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Technology Consultant). /li liMinimum of 4 years of deep, hands‑on experience architecting and building solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). /li liProven experience with Modernization, Data AI, Call Center AI, Workspace, Marketing Technology, Security and/or Agentic AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud technologies. /li liExcellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and executive‑level stakeholders. /li liExperience leading client‑facing technical workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and solution discussions in support of sales pursuits. /li liAbility to work with cross‑functional and distributed teams, including offshore teams and subject‑matter experts, to support solution development and client pursuits. /li liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (12 years). /li /ul h3BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE /h3 ul liExperience in technical pre‑sales, sales engineering, solution consulting, or cloud advisory roles. /li liExperience building prototypes, proof of concepts, or demo environments for client pursuits. /li liExperience supporting proposals, RFP responses, solution estimates, or statement of work development. /li liAbility to engage technical and business stakeholders in workshops, demos, and value‑focused solution discussions. /li /ul h3WHAT WE BELIEVE /h3 pAll our leaders are committed to building a better, stronger and more durable company for future generations to create positive, long‑lasting change.
