Join us to help organizations redesign how they operate, make decisions and deliver outcomes - enabled by data, AI and modern technologyIn this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:Support assessments of enterprise technology landscapes, operating models, capabilities and processes, collecting and analysing information to identify transformation priorities, value opportunities and execution risks.Contribute to the definition of enterprise and technology Target Operating Models, documenting governance, organization, processes, decision rights, sourcing, capabilities, performance management and enabling platforms.Support the development of transformation strategies, roadmaps and business cases through research, analysis, benchmarking, financial modelling and preparation of client-ready materials.Design AI-enabled business and technology operating models, identifying high-value use cases and defining the capabilities, guardrails, governance and adoption mechanisms required to scale them responsibly.YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/AI, Management Engineering, Economics or a comparable discipline.Up to 2 years of experience — including internships or university projects—in technology consulting, enterprise transformation, IT strategy, operating model design, digital transformation, enterprise architecture.Foundational understanding of enterprise technology domains such as cloud, data platforms, integration, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, software delivery and technology operations.Foundational knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts, with interest in use-case assessment, responsible AI, governance, adoption and value measurement.Nice to have: knowledge of Target Operating Model principles and the ability to support their translation into organization, process, governance, capability and technology requirements.Nice to have: good command of common collaboration, analysis and delivery tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, Miro or process-modelling platforms).Good analytical and problem-solving mindset, structured communication and the ability to work effectively in international, multi-stakeholder environments.Note: Fluent Italian and English requiredWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWe recognize the importance of flexible work solutions to support you.
