Your work will include gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. /p pYou will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams. This support includes a partner from your local office or practice assigned to you to help guide your career as well as up to five weeks of formal training in your first two years as an Associate. Additionally, you’ll receive guidance and support from your local office or practice in the selection of client projects, helping you to develop your skills and build your network. /p pWhile all consultants develop specialized knowledge and a focused program as they progress with McKinsey, in your first few years you will have an opportunity to work on a broad range of topics across industries and functions. This group brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses. /p pAs part of this group, you’ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. You’ll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm. /p pYou’ll also work with colleagues from across McKinsey Company to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics. /p h3Your Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liMaster degree required /li liOutstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement within a technology consulting firm /li li4+ years of work experience and expertise preferred in one or more of the followings: IT strategy consulting, digital transformation, application development, enterprise application, IT architecture, IT infrastructure, E-commerce and E-business, multichannel strategy, digital payments, /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment /li liSkills to communicate complex ideas effectively /li liExceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability /li liProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities /li liEnglish and Italian proficiency required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
