This role involves working with teams to discover, design, code and deploy Salesforce Platform solutions. /p h3Overview Of The Role /h3 pSalesforce is currently seeking a Associate Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). Associate Technical Consultants work as part of a team demonstrating technical thought leadership of customer and partner engagements. These lead to the successful delivery of solutions, including enterprise integrations using middleware tools and platforms. Through our extended onboarding program of formal certification, internal training, knowledge transfer, hands on experience and closely working with other Consultants, Architects and Project Managers you will become a Salesforce Domain Authority at the forefront of our offerings, delivering outstanding customer success. /p pAssociate Technical Consultants are technically hands on with our products, and are responsible for evaluating and implementing technical solutions for customers. /p pThe ideal Associate Technical Consultant is a demonstrated thought leader in technical aspects of customer and partner engagements that lead to the successful delivery of enterprise desktop, cloud, and/or mobile solutions, including enterprise integrations leveraging middleware tools and platforms. They also identify and proactively handle risk areas and contribute to seeing issues through to project completion. /p h3YOUR IMPACT /h3 pThrough our extended onboarding program of formal certification, internal training, knowledge transfer, hands on experience and closely working with other Consultants, Architects and Project Managers you will become a Salesforce Domain Authority at the forefront of our offerings, delivering outstanding customer success. /p ul liBecome a highly certified and recognized Salesforce expert. /li liHelp clients consistently meet/exceed goals and metrics. /li liContribute to customer success through front and backend solution development and release management. /li liDeliver high client satisfaction (CSAT). /li liProvide guidance on the application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce Platform education. /li liDrive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the customer’s infrastructure. /li liTroubleshoot key customer implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive to a successful resolution. Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level. /li liIdentification and proactive management of risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution. /liliManage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners. /li liBuild relationships with business partners, internal and external, and contributing to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single customer engagement. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li5 years of experience minimum in IT space /li liHands-on technical and solution implementation experience in a relevant software domain, as well as coding experience in object oriented languages. /li liAbility to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration. /li liAbility to support customers and project members in rationalising and deploying emerging technology. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a distributed team. /li liAbility to learn new technologies as well as good presentation, communication and facilitation skills. /li liAvailable to travel regionally and occasionally internationally depending on customer needs. /li liDegree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.) /li liProficiency in both English AND Italian languages /li liStrong background in object-oriented programming (e.g., Java) and understanding of REST/SOAP API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liSalesforce Certifications /li liExperience with the Salesforce Platform and / or other CRM products. /li liExperience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and / or other products in the billing and revenue space (Conga, CloudSense, Zuora). /li liAbility to build and manage relationships both internally and externally. /li liExperience working in a senior consulting or technical lead role working with matrix teams at a top-tier consultancy or system integrator. /li liFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools /li /ul h3Unleash Your Potential /h3 pWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. The typical base salary range for this position is EUR 40000 to EUR 55,000 annually.
