Credit Manager / Collections Manager (Italian Market)

Per una prestigiosa realtà multinazionale operante in un contesto internazionale e fortemente orientato all’innovazione, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Credit Manager / Collections Manager da inserire all’interno della funzione Accounts Receivable EMEA .
La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di guidare il team dedicato al recupero crediti per il mercato italiano, coordinando professionisti dislocati tra Italia e Lettonia e garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di incasso, riduzione dello scaduto e gestione del rischio credito.
Principali responsabilità
- Coordinare, motivare e sviluppare il team Credit & Collection dedicato al mercato italiano.
- Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di cash collection, riduzione dell’aged debt e miglioramento del DSO.
- Monitorare l’esposizione creditizia dei clienti e valutare affidabilità, limiti di credito e rischi finanziari.
- Collaborare con i dipartimenti Finance, Sales, Customer Service e con il management locale ed EMEA.
- Supervisionare la gestione di insoluti, contestazioni e attività di recupero crediti.
- Predisporre reportistica periodica e KPI relativi alle performance del credito.
- Supportare le attività di audit, compliance e governance aziendale.
- Contribuire alla definizione di strategie di miglioramento dei processi e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business.
- Gestire eventuali azioni legali e documentazione correlata al recupero del credito.
- Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di team di Accounts Receivable, Credit Control o Collection .
- Ottima conoscenza delle dinamiche di recupero crediti e gestione del rischio credito.
- Conoscenza della normativa italiana in materia di Accounts Receivable e Credit Management.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e della lingua italiana .
- Esperienza nell'utilizzo di sistemi ERP (SAP o equivalenti).
- Eccellenti capacità di leadership, coaching e gestione delle persone.
- Ottime competenze analitiche e di reporting.
- Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in contesti internazionali e multiculturali.
- Gradita esperienza nella gestione di team distribuiti in diversi Paesi EMEA.
- Contratto di 12 mesi tramite somministrazione o staff leasing.
- Inserimento in un contesto multinazionale con forte esposizione internazionale.
- Modalità di lavoro ibrida .
- Possibilità di interfacciarsi quotidianamente con stakeholder EMEA.
Range retributivo e benefit
- RAL dai 40 fino ai 55k
- Bonus variabile annuale pari al 5% della retribuzione annua lorda , legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e individuali.
