Working with cross-functional and cross-regional partners, you will help develop and execute the local country brand plan and deliver customer-focused marketing activities across Italy. /ph3When where /h3pMilan (hybrid). /ph3Discover your role /h3ulliSupport the local country brand planning process by analysing the competitive landscape and identifying key promotional opportunities. /liliDevelop customer-focused, differentiated messages for key target audiences. /liliPartner with Medical Affairs to create and agree an aligned brand strategy. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities within the local country brand plan. /liliAnalyse brand performance drivers and barriers, including market dynamics and competitive actions, and propose actions to address opportunities or risks. /liliDevelop and execute external stakeholder engagement plans, including national congresses and healthcare professional meetings. /liliCreate local promotional materials aligned with local and global brand plans for use by the sales team and through digital channels. /li /ulpYou manage priorities effectively, act with initiative and creativity, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards. /ph3This role requires /h3ulliA bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific discipline. /liliAt least three years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience. /liliExperience managing agencies and suppliers. /liliWorking knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations relating to promotional activities. /liliExcellent written and spoken Italian and English, with strong planning, prioritisation, communication and presentation skills. /liliWillingness to travel as required, approximately 30–40%, including some weekends for conferences and meetings. /liliOncology marketing and launch experience are preferred. /li /ulpWe are committed to building a workplace with an inclusive culture.
