Utilities & Facilities Analyst

We are looking for a facilities & utilities engineer to join our industrial Team in our Home Care Plant, based in Nova Milanese, Italy.

How you make the difference

This position is crucial for Bolton. The Utilities & Facilities Engineer manages most of the energies provided to the plant, ensuring that the critical infrastructure operates efficiently and reliably. By overseeing the thermal power plant, water plant, heating system, surveillance systems, they guarantee a seamless and continuous process flow.

They are also tasked with overseeing civil works within the facility, which encompasses the maintenance and enhancement of buildings and infrastructure. This ensures a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all employees and operations. Moreover, they play a pivotal role in the maintenance and optimization of the plant’s resources, contributing significantly to the sustainability and productivity of the industrial area.

How your agenda looks like:

• Management of facility and utility plants at the site (Thermal power plant, water plant, surveillance system, etc.).
• Management of suppliers (in-house and external) to ensure process continuity.
• Management of the application for recording and verifying maintenance of the plants.
• Ensure the execution, recording, and archiving of maintenance for regulatory purposes.
• Analyze consumption related to the site plants, developing improvement projects in this area.
• Continuously update and review maintenance plans for the plants, with the aim of maintaining efficiency within expected standards.
• Manage the execution of projects related to the plants under their responsibility
• Comply with and monitor adherence to safety rules. Report any interventions to remove unsafe conditions.

Your team:

You will report directly to the Plant Utilities and Facilities Manager.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degrees in engineering field
• Work Experience: any previous experience in production areas is considered a plus
• Technical Skills: it is necessary to know how to use MS Office packages. Plus, knowing how to use Autocad
• Local language: Italian and English
