On behalf of a leading international player in the Real Estate Investment sector, we are seeking a Transactions Analyst to join the dedicated team.brThe candidate will play a strategic role, contributing both to the coordination of local operations and to the execution of international real estate transactions.brThe successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of investment and divestment transactions, handling the following:brulliSupporting the execution of international real estate asset acquisitions and divestitures. /liliAnalyzing investment opportunities through underwriting, financial analysis, and evaluation of business plans. /liliPreparing investment memoranda and documentation for Investment Committees and governance bodies. /liliCoordinating activities with local transaction teams, promoting process alignment, the sharing of best practices, and compliance with investment guidelines. /liliReviewing financial models, cash flows, and key assumptions prepared by local branches. /liliCollaborating daily with transaction managers, fund managers, and senior stakeholders, contributing to the monitoring of the global investment and divestment pipeline. /li /ulpEssential requirements include:br/pulli2–3 years of experience in real estate investing, preferably with investors, asset management companies, or organizations with significant exposure to investment and divestment transactions. /liliExperience in executing real estate investment and divestment transactions; /liliStrong financial analysis and financial modeling skills; /liliAbility to manage investment processes; /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to work in international settings; /liliFlexibility and an aptitude for collaborating with counterparts from different cultural backgrounds; /liliFluency in English. /li /ulpBase salary: 45,000–50,000 eurosbrLocation: Milan /p
