Overview

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Experience team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex digital initiatives that support the evolution of customer experiences and business capabilities across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will act as a key connector between business stakeholders, design teams, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment, driving execution, managing risks, and enabling successful outcomes. Through strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement, you will contribute to the continuous enhancement of our digital ecosystem and strategic priorities.

Key Responsabilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drive digital initiatives from strategic definition through design, development, testing, and go-live.
• Define and manage project scope, priorities, milestones, roadmaps, and delivery plans, ensuring alignment across business, design, and technology teams.
• Drive project governance activities, including planning, prioritization, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Digital, IT, E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, Retail, and external partners.
• Act as a key business counterpart for UX/UI and creative teams, ensuring alignment between business requirements, customer needs, and design solutions.
• Ensure consistency across customer journeys and digital touchpoints, contributing to a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, technology vendors, and strategic partners, ensuring effective collaboration and successful delivery.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and issues, driving mitigation plans and informed decision-making.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and reporting frameworks, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support budget monitoring activities and vendor management, ensuring alignment with project objectives and investment priorities.
• Contribute to the evolution of project management practices, tools, and governance processes within the Digital Experience function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably within international and cross-functional environments.
• Proven experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and external partners.
• Strong understanding of digital customer experience, digital product delivery, and omnichannel ecosystems.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey design, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Ability to assess digital solutions from both business and technical perspectives and translate complex topics into clear recommendations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both English and Italian.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools is considered a plus.
