About this vacancy


You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects from initiation to closure.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure that project outcomes meet business and technical requirements while maintaining high quality standards.

What we expect from you

• M.Sc in Management Engineering or equivalent education 2-5 years of experience in IT project management or similar roles
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end IT projects (software development, system integration, or digital transformation)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and business teams
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with budgeting, risk management, and resource planning
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) is a plus
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development lifecycle
• Fluency in English and Italian

What you can expect from us


The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary - RAL) will be no less than €35,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
