Categoria:Industrial / ManufacturingLuogo di lavoro:LombardiaLa figura ricercata avrà la responsabilità di definire e guidare la strategia commerciale a livello nazionale, con l'obiettivo di sostenere la crescita del business e consolidare la presenza sul mercato.Sarà un punto di riferimento per il team vendite e collaborerà a stretto contatto con le funzioni Marketing, Operations e Direzione Generale.Responsabilità:Definire e implementare la strategia commerciale e il piano venditeGuidare, sviluppare e motivare la rete commerciale (vendita diretta e indiretta)Monitorare le performance e i KPI di businessSviluppare relazioni strategiche con clienti chiave e partnerIdentificare nuove opportunità di mercato e sviluppoCollaborare con il management nella definizione degli obiettivi aziendaliRequisiti:Esperienza consolidata (8-10+ anni) in ruoli commerciali, preferibilmente nel settore industriale / tecnico / distribuzione B2BPrecedente esperienza nella gestione di team di vendita strutturatiForte orientamento ai risultati e capacità di visione strategicaOttime competenze di leadership, negoziazione e people managementBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseApproccio imprenditoriale e orientamento al miglioramento continuoCapacità analitiche e di lettura del mercatoEccellenti doti relazionali e comunicative#J-18808-Ljbffr
