Head of New Business | Audio/Video & Content Production

Job Overview

Agency: Providence. This role is responsible for leadership and overall management of the client relationship for one or multiple accounts. The candidate will be the primary contact for the client’s senior marketing team, driving long‑term business growth targets and managing budget and planning. Typically reports to the Group Account Director. In the Italian context: Per ProseOnPixel (POP), casa di produzione interna del gruppo Havas, we are looking for a Head of New Business with strong experience in audio/video production and in selling end‑to‑end creative solutions. The role will play a key part in business development by acquiring new clients and expanding opportunities with existing ones, guiding strategic conversations on content, production and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide the New Business strategy for POP.
• Identify, develop and close new commercial opportunities.
• Work in synergy with other Havas group units to develop integrated offers.
• Translate client needs into concrete solutions (video, shooting, digital content, motion, social content, etc.).
• Proactively monitor the market, intercept trends, new formats and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to pricing, margin and positioning of the offer.
• Ensure ongoing alignment with production and creative teams to guarantee quality and operational sustainability.
• Help structure commercial processes (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, etc.).
• Represent POP at networking events, conferences and pitches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial/New Business roles in production companies, creative agencies, media or content production.
• Excellent knowledge of the advertising and audio/video production world.
• Strong ability to sell complex projects.
• Active and relevant network in the market.
• Strategic mindset oriented to results.
• Excellent relational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with creatives, producers and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mentality, hands‑on attitude and strong commercial drive.
