Content Strategy Lead

Overview

As Content Strategy Lead, you define and drive social media strategies for a portfolio of clients, ensuring cultural relevance and audience focus. You lead strategy development, client stewardship, and team mentoring within the Content team at LePub. You collaborate with creative, media, data, and production partners to deliver integrated, growth-oriented campaigns. This role offers the chance to shape social narratives across platforms and contribute to Publicis Groupe's digital transformation mission.

Responsabilità

• Lead integrated social media strategies for local and global clients across multiple categories
• Define platform-specific approaches and audience engagement strategies
• Translate business objectives into actionable social strategies driving brand growth
• Act as strategic lead and advisor on social-first and digital culture topics
• Guide social planning throughout campaigns to align strategy, creativity, content, media, and production
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for brands to participate in conversations
• Deliver audience, competitive, and landscape analyses with insights and recommendations
• Lead strategic workshops, presentations, and client meetings
• Manage and mentor a team of Social Strategists
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, Media, Data & Insights, and Production teams for integrated thinking
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate social performance
• Contribute to new business pitches with strategic social expertise
• Advocate for innovation through emerging platforms, technologies, and creator ecosystems

Requisiti fondamentali

• 7–8 years in Social Strategy, Digital Strategy, Communications Planning, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Twitch, Reddit) and emerging channels
• Deep understanding of social culture, creator economy dynamics, online communities, and digital behaviors
• Experience developing strategic frameworks and roadmaps for international and local brands
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor junior strategists
• Thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Familiarity with social listening/analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Meltwater, NetBase or similar
• Experience in creative and integrated agency environments is highly preferred
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
